Grannie says it is time for the saliva collecting ceremony as I have been 'drooling' for few weeks.12 biscuits hanging on my chest, supported only by a red string with Grannie chanting 'no more saliva, no more saliva, grow up strong and quickly'. Then she breaks a biscuit into half and rubs it against my lips ..but I am not supposed to eat it. Thank God it is a quick ceremony and they are not donuts as mummy saw a photo in Kodak shop with a baby girl wearing 12 donuts on her chest! Must be really heavy and uncomfortable!
Daddy thinks it is funny; mummy still could not understand how biscuits could stop my active saliva gland!
